They’re built for everyday breezes, especially with side guides. In high winds and storms, raise them; motorized shades make that a one-touch job. Every exterior shade carries a 5-year warranty.
Do outdoor shades keep a porch cooler?
Yes. They block the sun before it reaches you, so the space under the roof stays shadier and more comfortable, and less heat reaches the windows behind it.
Can I see out through them?
Yes. Exterior shades use solar fabric, so during the day you can see the yard while the sun is screened.
Do you install exterior shades?
Within 100 miles of Millersburg, we can measure and install them for you; it’s a paid service, quoted per project. Elsewhere, we ship them ready for you to mount.
How long does an exterior shade take to arrive?
We build your shade in about 2 weeks, often sooner. Once it’s built, shipping takes 2 to 4 days.
What if I measure wrong?
Call us at (330) 674-2590 before you order and we’ll go over your numbers with you. We also look over every order before we cut it. For large outdoor openings, an in-home measure (within 100 miles) takes the guesswork out.
