Do I have to measure my own windows?
No. Within 100 miles of Millersburg we can measure and install for you; it’s a paid service, quoted per project. Everywhere else, our measuring guide walks you through it, our workroom handles the deductions, and we look over every order before we cut it.
How long will my shades take?
We build your shade in about 2 weeks, often sooner. Once it’s built, shipping takes 2 to 4 days.
Can I see fabrics before I order?
Yes. Free samples are mailed to you with no commitment, or you can see every fabric in our Millersburg showroom.
Can you install shades you ship to me?
Installation is available within 100 miles of Millersburg. Outside that area, shades are shipped with the brackets you choose in the designer, ready for you to mount.
What if something goes wrong later?
