How do Vision shades work?
The fabric has alternating sheer and solid bands on a front and back layer. Lower or raise the shade a few inches and the layers slide past each other: sheers lined up let light and the view in, solids over the sheers close it off.
Are Vision shades the same as zebra shades?
Yes. Vision®, zebra, banded, and dual sheer shades all describe the same idea: alternating sheer and solid bands that slide past each other. Vision® is the name we use; zebra is the name you’ll see most often.
Do Vision shades give privacy at night?
With the solid bands closed, they give good privacy, much like a light filtering shade. With the bands open, people outside can see in. For a dark bedroom, blackout is the better choice.
Can I motorize Vision shades?
Yes. Motorization is available on shades 19 inches wide and up, and one remote controls up to 15 shades.
How long does a Vision shade take to arrive?
We build your shade in about 2 weeks, often sooner. Once it’s built, shipping takes 2 to 4 days.

Call us at (330) 674-2590 before you order and we’ll go over your numbers with you. Our measuring guide walks you through every step, and we look over every order before we cut it. If something still isn’t right when it arrives, call us and we’ll do what we can to help.
