Every shade is built to last in our Millersburg, Ohio workroom. If something isn’t right, you call the people who built it, and we make it right.
What’s covered
No fine print games
Our warranty covers the things we control: how your shade is made and the parts we build it with. Here’s what that means day to day.
Covered
- Defects in workmanship and assembly
- Fabric flaws such as fraying seams or delamination
- Rollers, brackets, chains, and clutches that fail in normal use
- Motors and remotes (5-year limited)
Not covered
- Normal wear and gradual fading from sunlight
- Damage from pets, accidents, or harsh cleaners
- Shades altered or installed against our instructions
- Storm and wind damage to exterior shades

Call or email us with your name and a photo of the problem. We’ll look up your order, and you’ll talk to someone in our Millersburg workroom.

We take a look
Most issues we can sort out from photos or over the phone. Local customers can bring the shade to the showroom.
We make it right
If it’s covered, we repair or replace the part or the shade. No runaround, no call center.
